IN-PERSON COACHING

For those looking for in-person coaching, the following coaching options are currently available. Please enquire to confirm your eligibility for this coaching.

    • 1-to-1 coaching involving a starting consultation, 60 minute in-person coaching sessions, personalised programming, weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, and nutritional support.

    • £45 per hour, or £40 per hour when booking 12 - 16 weeks. 4 week minimum duration.

    • Introduction to kettlebell training designed to improve your ability to perform foundational kettlebell movements, and how to incorporate kettlebells into your training. These sessions focus on both Hardstyle & Sport.

    • £60 per 90 minute session

    • An introduction to barbell training and performing the squat, deadlift, and bench press, along with variations of these lifts. This session will also cover how to calculate rep-max calculations and program these lifts.

    • £60 per 90 minute session

    • Small group training for between 2 - 4 persons. Ideal for those new to training, or engage in HIT or circuit training.

    • £20 per person, 2 - 4 persons

    • Individual 1-to-1 session aimed at providing an introduction to personal training, and helping you get the most out of your current programming. These sessions provided technique coaching and support on your existing programming.

    • £45 per hour
