  • You can reach me anytime via the contact page or email. I aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

  • Pricing is flexible for coaching services, and you can choose to pay either monthly, pr for the duration of your decided term upfront. It’s up to you.

  • Working with me is simple and collaborative. Each coaching service begins with an initial consultation to understand your training history, and your goals. It’s also an opportunity to understand what you enjoy about training so that when you receive your program, you know it’s what you want to do and aligned to your goals.

  • Absolutely. I understand that online coaching is not for everyone, and you may cancel at any time.

    You can upgrade or downgrade your service at any time. Downgrades will take effect from the following billing cycle, and upgrades from the following week. Additionally, you may need to pause your subscription at any time, and this may be done for a maximum period of 12 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
